The site is not endorsed by, sponsored by or connected to YouTube, Google or any record label, publisher or collecting society. Names are used to describe what the tool reads and writes — a YouTube link in, an MP3 file out — and nothing more. No rights holder receives anything from a conversion here, and no rights holder has given the site permission to convert anything.
The tool converts links that the platform already serves to anyone who asks. Where the platform withholds a link — a private upload, a members-only video, a rental, an age-gated video that needs a signed-in account — the conversion fails, and no setting on this site changes that.

The limits of the service
- No warranty
- The service is provided as-is. Conversions fail when the platform changes what it serves, and no figure on this site is a guarantee about a file you have not made yet.
- No responsibility for an expired file
- A file is deleted after the retention window or on the first download, whichever comes first. A link that has stopped working cannot be restored.
- No cover for restricted material
- Converting audio you are not entitled to convert, or converting in bulk to rebuild a catalogue, is outside what the tool is offered for and outside these terms.
